DRIVER NEWS: JOSHUA GILBERT

Gilbert resigns with Cameron Motorsports for 2007

Hamilton, Ontario - April 1, 2007 - After a successful rookie season in Rotax racing in 2006, Team Raceready Motorsports’ driver Joshua Gilbert returns with Cameron Motorsports for 2007.

Racing a CRG KT1 Rotax Junior for the first time in 2006, Joshua competed in the Florida Winter Tour finishing 14th in the championship. A return to Canada produced a season high of third place at the Mosport DDT round of the Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting Championship. Joshua went on to finish seventh in the SRFKC and ended his rookie season within his target of a top ten finish.

Thirteen year old Joshua will again be driving a CRG, but the switch to a Black Star chassis should fit his smooth driving style better. His focus for 2007 will be the SRFKC and the Canadian National Championships held at the Cameron Motorsports facility in Hamilton.

“I’m excited to be back with Cameron Motorsports and look forward to driving the Black Star this year. After a few struggles last year I learned a lot about the CRG and about the importance of data acquisition and driver feedback. I hope everyone likes my new look this year. You can keep up with my season at our website - www.teamracereadymotorsports.com!”

George Gilbert, Joshua’s father and tuner, is looking forward to 2007. “We joined Cameron Motorsports in 2006 and were very impressed with their operation. The CRG chassis responded well to changes and Joshua liked it a lot. With the support of our team partners, Dundee Wealth, Gray Racing, Fastenal, Mach 9 Designs, Cimco Refrigeration and of course Cameron Motorsports we’re looking forward to another great year!”
